At the Col d'Illoire, you will continue your journey down a magnificent balcony path overlooking the Gorges.
After that, you will continue the ascent to the Grand Margès in a magnificent forest and then on the ridge overlooking the military testing area and its deserted expanses (under no circumstances should you leave the GR). Once you reach the summit, you will be overwhelmed by the 360° view that awaits you. The technical and long descent to Aiguines will then begin. Stay careful.

Markings may be missing on this running trail. If you are in any doubt, we advise you to download the GPX track and to follow it. Most of this running trail is also marked as a hiking path (Col d'Illoire -> la Petite Forêt in yellow and la Petite Forêt -> Aiguines via the Grand Margès in white-red of the GR®99).
