Solea is a charming, elegant restaurant where a couple of young chefs trained in Michelin-starred establishments operate. With a wealth of experience behind them, they offer creative and technical cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The emphasis is on seasonal produce.

Solea embodies the adventure of two chefs, Valentine and Adrien, whose identities blend harmoniously to create a unique culinary experience.
After working at the prestigious three-star Le Castellet restaurant with Christophe Bacquié and Fabien Ferré, they realized their dream of opening their own restaurant.
Their menu, inspired by Var traditions and local producers, evolves with the seasons. In summer, the menu is adorned with freshness and creativity, while in winter it features Aups truffles for an authentic and refined culinary experience.
