

Sir James and Lady Dyson have been making wine since 2006. The vineyard covers 4 hectares planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Ugni Blanc and Viognier. The soil is mainly clay-limestone. The estate uses a method of cultivation known as "Bio-Active"®.
