This wine and olive estate is nestled in the hills above Barjols. It extends over 12 hectares of vines and 300 olive trees. It was created in 1991 by André SABATIER, who was passionate about viticulture and nature, and took over and expanded a family vineyard.
The vineyard has been completely renewed, with Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet... Tasting of our wine and olive oil production during the summer season.
All our wines are sold at the Maison de Pays les Roseaux, a sales outlet we've set up with other local producers and artisans. Most of our food products are ORGANIC.
