A moment of deep relaxation and rejuvenation for your body and mind in the magnificent chapel of the Monastery of Ségriès.

Treat yourself to a moment of cocooning just for you, to relax, refocus and recharge your batteries. During this sound bath, you will be guided through meditation, breathing and body movement practices that are accessible to everyone. Then you will be invited to let yourself be carried away by the sound of Alchemy crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments.

What to wear and bring:
Comfortable clothing (such as leggings or jogging bottoms) that you can move and relax in easily.
A blanket and warm socks.
A bottle or flask of water.
Yoga mats and cushions are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
