In the village square your eye will be drawn to the door of the old-fashioned "café".
After the eye your olfactory sense will soon be "titillated" by the scents that emanate from the kitchen...
At the "Café du midi" you will not find a "type" menu, the boss:
- prefers a cuisine that is off the beaten track,
- mixes flavours according to the seasons and his inspiration.
Some examples:
- Mesclun salad with summer truffles
- Honey Roasted Figs
- Sardines with garlic Cramat
- Daube d'Avignon.....
- Aïoli served every Friday
You will have lunch on the terrace (40 covers) or under the arbour (35 covers) on the square which forms a balcony overlooking the Lake of Sainte Croix.
