Sustainable grape-growing practices, by adapting our practices to protect the quality of our terroirs, and by promoting environment-friendly techniques (grassing, surface tillage,…). The pursuit of this approach has to lead us, in a near future, to the conversion of the domain in Organic farming.
The olive grove of the Bastide de Fave extends over a little more than 1 hectare and includes typical varieties of Provence, mainly varieties Aglandau and Bouteillan.
Harvested by hand in November when they started to change color, it allows to obtain an natural oil that is both balanced and complex, very fruity and with much character.
