The mill is located in a modern and well equipped room, which allows us to produce olive oil of excellent quality.
This oil, very appreciated by the customers, has won many awards in regional and national competitions.
The harvesting of the olives and the production of the oil is carried out from mid-November to the end of January following the following principles:
- Thinning out the leaves of the olives
- Washing of the olives
- Crushing of the olives by mechanical mill or stone...
