Olive oil production is a family tradition since 5 generations. Max Doleatto, the owner, uses traditional methods of production that date back to the 13th century. Guided visits followed by olive oil tasting.
Guided visit of the XIIIth century olive oil mill: you can discover the impressive bucket wheel ( 7 meters in diameter) and learn about the traditional olive oil making process. You finally resume at the shop to proceed to the tasting of regional products.
July and august: monday to saturday from 9:30 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 19:00
September, october and february to june:
Tuesday and friday from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:30
November to january: monday to saturday from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:30.
