Local Farmers’ Market and dining area. Cooking demonstrations and tastings by the Toques Blanches—€10 per person; advance registration required at the Maison de la Truffe in Aups. Self-guided tour of the Maison de la Truffe museum (€4.50 per adult, €12 for a family of 2 adults and 2 children under 18). Admission limited to 25 people per hour; tours begin at the top of every hour: 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 12 p.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m., 4 p.m. Tour duration limited to 1 hour. Demonstration of truffle hunting with pigs and dogs. Mass at the Saint Pancrace Collegiate Church. Preparation of a giant scrambled egg dish by the World Brotherhood of the Giant Omelet. Starting at 11:30 a.m.: Tasting of truffle-infused and non-truffle menus at village restaurants. Reservations strongly recommended—food and food trucks available for dining on-site (with tables and chairs set up next to the fountain and on the town hall plaza) or for takeout (no reservation required). Blessing of the truffle growers and their animals on the plaza in front of the St. Pancrace Collegiate Church.
