Take a guided tour and discover the history of this former fine lavender distillery, built in 1905 by the German company Schimmel. A unique testimony to a past linked to the perfume industry, which flourished in the middle of the 20th century.

The guided tour, which lasts around 1 hour, takes you through the history of lavender in Barrême, its use and exploitation in the mid-20th century, right in the heart of what was once the capital of "blue gold". The essential oil production process will hold no more secrets for you!
