Nights in the Woods: Aiguines Forest

In the heart of the Gorges du Verdon, on the left bank, this remarkable forest offers a unique sensory experience. The public is invited to enjoy an immersive night of sound—a forest bath providing a soothing moment of reconnection with nature—and a guided night hike will lead participants through the mysteries and riches of this unspoiled environment. An invitation to rediscover the forest in a new way, through contemplation, listening, and exploration. 2:30 - 5:30 p.m.: “Awakening and the Senses” forest bathing session led by Audrey Ballatore, a certified forest bathing guide, in the heart of the Grande Forêt d’Aiguines, a site managed by the Conservatoire du Littoral. Registration: 04 94 70 21 64 5:30 - 6 p.m.: Shared snack provided by the Lacs et Gorges du Verdon Intercommunal Tourist Office at the Farm de la Petite Forêt 6 p.m.: A moment of listening 6 - 11 p.m.: Night hike “listening” to wildlife, nocturnal birds, and other sounds of the night in the Grande Forêt d’Aiguines, a site managed by the Conservatoire du Littoral. Led by Maxence de Reliefs, mountain guide and eco-interpreter. From 7 years old and up.. but able to walk at least 5 to 7 kilometres.
